Wymagania:
  • Master of Science degree. Specialisation in supply chain and logistics is a must,
  • Preferred studies: Logistics, Supply Chain management, Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, continuous improvement methodology,
  • up to 3 years of relevant working experience in production or supply planning, customer service or physical logistics (transport & warehousing) - Fluent Polish and English,
  • Other languages are an advantage,
  • Mobility,
  • Structured and holistic approach to coordinating the end-to-end supply chain considering all aspects and stakeholders,
  • Pro-active and customer centric mindset - Excellent communication and coaching skills,
  • Ability to analyse situations and make decisions even with incomplete information,
  • Highly independent and operational working style,
  • Ability to work with systems and perform different tasks simultaneously under time pressure,
  • Team player - good team working skills,
  • Competence of six sigma tools is advantage.
Obowiązki:
  • Developing effective and efficient logistic planning processes for the containerboard business,
  • Developing concepts to manage pipelines with service stocks,
  • Act as a business partner and closely cooperate with Sales, Production Planning, Customer service teams.
