Wymagania:
  • master of Science degree. Specialisation in supply chain and logistics is a must,
  • preferred studies: Logistics, Supply Chain management, Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, continuous improvement methodology,
  • up to 3 years of relevant working experience in production or supply planning, customer service or physical logistics (transport & warehousing),
  • fluent Polish and English,
  • other languages are an advantage,
  • mobility,
  • structured and holistic approach to coordinating the end-to-end supply chain considering all aspects and stakeholders,
  • pro-active and customer centric mindset,
  • excellent communication and coaching skills,
  • ability to analyse situations and make decisions even with incomplete information,
  • highly independent and operational working style,
  • ability to work with systems and perform different tasks simultaneously under time pressure,
  • team player - good team working skills,
  • competence of six sigma tools is advantage.
Obowiązki:
  • developing and supporting the Supply Chain functions with Smart Operating model, statistical and other continuous improvement tools,
  • developing performance measures and SMART targets for the Supply Chain processes Manage KPI follow-up within Supply Chain,
  • develop documented management system for Supply Chain for quality, environmental and safety matters (ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and O&HS).
