Education & Experience Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering required
• Experience in system integration
• Excellent Project Management skills
• IoT knowledge would be great
• Lean Certification or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
• 5 years experience in the Industrial Engineering or related field
• Good English skills both in writing and speaking

Job Summary:

Industrial Eng Project Leader will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing and managing integrated production and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site for Railway type of business.

Reporting: To Program Manager, Railway BU

Essential Duties &Responsibilities:

• Lead&implement projects through the standard Industrial Engineering process especially for the complex products
• Cost analysis for Railway type of business
• Manage key Industrial Engineering metrics for assigned customer or area
• Coach, mentor and train engineers within the Industrial Engineering team
• Support the Lean organization by developing a solid process
• Implement IPC class III processes and drive IRIS compliance (Quality system for railway)
• Support non standard process (coating, potting, cabling, etc.)
• Prepare project plans, evaluates risk factors, create process flow
• Proven track of change management, implementation of continuous improvements and costs reductions
