You're the perfect candidate if you:

• have a strong technical background and minimum a degree as an B. Sc. Electrical Engineer or similar
• have a relevant project experience in a matrix organization with within wind, oil & gas industry, civil structures and large constructions
• possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing.
• want to relocate to Denmark, at the beginning for about 2-3 months

It's even better if you:

• Competence equivalent to IPMA level A/B and/or PMI PMP
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills as well as commercial understanding and awareness

Your main tasks will include:

• Establish, lead and manage effective project organization and well-functioning project team. Secure necessary resources and competences.
• Manage project time, cost budgets, quality, risks, interfaces, stakeholders and documentation as well as other PMI competence areas.
• Electrical systems supply and installation contracts, claims, variation orders, incl. negotiations and securing execution of contractual obligations.
• Enforce and ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, systems and procedures and safety philosophy.
• Introduce, enforce and maintain high safety awareness culture. Enhance HSE in planning and execution of scope.
• Encourage and facilitate interdisciplinary cooperation, incl. driving knowledge sharing with other asset projects through e.g. implementation of and capturing relevant Lessons Learnt.
• Closing down the project, incl. finalizing CAPEX account and handover of the asset to Operations.
