Scania Graduate Trainee Program is aimed at holders of Master of Science degrees in Engineering, who have just finished their studies or have a maximum of one year’s work experience. You should be prepared to take on a personal challenge and develop within a learning organisation. The programme prepares you for work within an international environment. For this reason, good language skills are a prerequisite. As part of the selection process, we look at a combination of your experiences, interests, personal characteristics, and formal education/qualifications. We are looking for people who are team players, down to earth, and with a glint in their eyes.
