Your profile:

• You’re an IT graduate or last year student,
• Your English is very good,
• Professional experience is not required, however, any additional internships or activity would be an asset,
• You have analytical skills,
• You present good knowledge of Excel; knowledge of SQL will be great value,
• You have basic knowledge of LAN/Printer or WLAN/Firewall or Databes/Outlook/Security/Servers,
• As a real team player, you take accountability for your actions and decisions,
• Our rapidly changing environment inspires you to deal with deadlines and volumes in the most accurate way.

By working within a Service Management community of peers from North and South America, China, Asia Pac, and Germany, you will be responsible for driving the resolution of Requests, Incidents, Problems, Changes, Availability and Capacity considerations by coordinating with the global vendor who is responsible for thyssenkrupp’s new Global Network. You will have access to tools that allow your global team to analyze performance and availability of the Global environment along with driving the enforcement of SLAs to ensure thyssenkrupp receives contractually guaranteed performance. The GSS IT Service Management practice is based on ITIL standards and processes. You will have the opportunity to help refine this practice to best serve our global IT user community.
