• Performing L2/L3 diagnosis on incidents
• Implementing standard, non-standard changes to the environment
• Communicating and consulting with internal and external technical counterparts
• Management of system performance, capacity, service quality
• Participation in and execution of projects
• Designing and implementing Load balancing systems

• Supporting bid management with technical expertise
