• bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, business, marketing or related field Excellent English language skills (both oral and written),
• demonstrated writing and editing expertise,
• ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of individuals/groups from culturally diverse audience,
• high level of creativity and ability to manage creative processes and deliver consistent, aligned content across multiple communications channels,
• extreme proficiency in Microsoft Office (specializing in Word, PowerPoint),
• background in manufacturing or similar field a plus.

• develops messaging content for print, electronic and web-based communications; ensures message consistency is aligned with global communications strategy, company mission and business objectives,
• acts as a Business Partner to HR, Operations, Corporate Communications and Business Development at the site,
• develops and executes local communications plans that drive company’s brand,
• develops and maintains infrastructure and processes to enable effective information and knowledge flow,
• drives integration of local communication activities that align with the overall global communication strategy,
• builds relationship with local media and cooperates with the regional,
• communications team and PR Agency to distribute local news and answer any media inquiries,
• selects appropriate communication channels to reflect local needs and preferences to deliver important company information,
• identifies and takes advantage of local opportunities to increase awareness of company’s objective and reputation,
• may perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
