Wymagania:

Position Requirements:

  • good Knowledge of system administration in Red Hat/ Linux or other UNIX systems,
  • knowledge of system administration in Windows Servers,
  • basic knowledge of Telecommunication Technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, practical understanding of TCP/IP and transport network),
  • database (Oracle) administrator skills,
  • very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written),
  • programming background,
  • don't have experience in something listed? We don't mind if you're a quick study,
  • don't see a technology you love? Tell us why we should know about it.

Bonus points:

  • cloud solutions knowledge,
  • customer Service Support experience,
  • advanced knowledge of Databases (Oracle/SQL),
  • basic experience in system virtualization,
  • basic programming skills with script languages (e.g. Perl, Unix shell, Python),
  • basic software development background with object-oriented languages,
  • knowledge of technologies like e.g.: XML, XSLT, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Web Services.

Position Description: Our team is looking for talented Customer Support Working Students to join our technical team and build the outstanding customer support. You will be joining other extremely-passionate engineers that share a common interest in UNIX/Linux, cloud systems, virtualizations and solving problems with software and data.
