Requirements

• bachelor's degree strongly preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree (internal applicants please see note above),
• fluency in both written and spoken English is essential,
• minimum one (1) year of Campus/College recruiting experience required (external applicants only - not required for internal candidates) preferably in the Gdansk, Northern Poland region,
• must be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, ability to build consensus and drive results through teamwork,
• must possess the ability to exercise good judgment with demonstrated problem solving skills,
• must possess the ability to work well under pressure and within established budget parameters,
• ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines,
• excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint,
• ability to collaborate effectively.

The University Relations Specialist shall be responsible for executing and coordinating the University Relations Strategy for Gdansk, Poland and assisting with the wider Poland and EMEA region. The role reports to the EMEA University Relations Manager. This role will involve actively engaging with universities and students to provide a pipeline of candidates for hire at intern and graduate level. In addition the encumbent will be responsible for planning and executing the internship programs in Gdansk.
