Obowiązki: | Context of society Support of R&D activities around "Electrical Connections", in particular "Soldering". Attaching connectors to a glass surface can be done by several means, two of them being soldering and conductive glues. The long-term robustness of such an electrical connection depends on the knowledge of the interactions between connector design, properties of the interface as well as materials in contact and process parameters such as soldering temperature. In our group, such interactions are studied via laboratory experiments as well as microscopic (e.g. SEM, EDX) and macroscopic tests (e.g. climate chamber tests, adhesion tests, thermo-graphic imaging). Within these activities, it will be your task to * Take part in experimental design, realization of tests and set-up of follow-up * Statistical analysis and evaluation of generated raw data * Present and document results by comprehensible graphs and reports * Deepening group's know-how by studying literature as well as contact to internal and external experts |
