Wymagania:

What we expect from you:

  • You can hit that sweet spot between a technical and a customer facing role.
  • You want to and can learn new products and technologies
  • To be responsible for owning customer issues until resolution
  • To have at least 1 - 2 years experience troubleshooting Java/JEE or .NET applications, Tomcat or similar web application experience
  • To have at least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service role
  • To feel comfortable communicating directly with customers
  • To be very good communicator with fluent English (both in speaking and writing) - we communicate with our customers in English
  • To stay patient and understanding in even most frustrating situations
  • To have a passion, curiosity, energy, humour and guts!
Obowiązki:

What you will do:

  • Work with a wide range of customers, from start-ups to large corporations, to help identify and resolve product related issues.
  • Improve existing documentation and publish knowledge base articles to improve our self-help offering, verify bugs and work with development on providing fixes.
  • Collaborate directly with an agile development team to improve supportability and seeking for assistance.
  • Participate in projects and experiments to constantly improve how we do support.
  • Represent the voice of the customers influencing products directions.
  • Learn new products and technologies which enable them.
