• master of Science degree in Engineering, Quality or Production economy,
• preferred studies: Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Management, Economics,
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in production in the chemical industry, pulp and paper industry or in production of equipment for those,
• fluent Polish and English,
• analytical and structured approach,
• good team working skills,
• strong communication and presentation skills,
• flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing working environment,
• completed Black Belt training is an advantage.

• design, maintain and improve the R&D processes,
• wide cooperation with SE Group R&D center,
• close cooperation with local procurement, production and Supply Chain Management team,
• close cooperation with the internal and external customers,
• customers’ needs analysis,
• implementing changes in production process as well as customizing our products based on technological and technical capabilities and customers’ requirements - Technical cost calculation and optimization,
• responsibility for keeping oneself updated about the latest developments and trends in corrugated production process through:
  • close co-operation with producers of corrugated board machines,
  • close cooperation with producers of paper production machines,
  • close cooperation with paper production technology providers and suppliers of chemicals,
  • responsibility for keeping oneself updated about the customer needs.
