• higher education and experience in programming or visual communication or equivalent, 
• knowledge and experience in at least one of the following fields: o Object Oriented PHP5, relational databases (for example, MySQL) o A good understanding of HTTP, Apache configuration, HTML5/CSS3 o At least a basic understanding of JavaScript and AJAX o Version control systems o Understanding of jQuery library o Writing code for multiple browsers o Creating web-based applications (at least one year),
• good knowledge about trends in web designing (e.g. responsive layouts, progressive disclosure),

Working together with project managers and technical writers, tools developers create the best user experience tools whilst continuously seeking out improvements and more innovative ways to communicate critical information to users. Tools developers work across various teams on global development projects and participates in internal expert communities.
