Obowiązki: | Purpose Of Role: To provide administrative support and assistance to the Senior Managers and Skills Training Responsibilities Travel co-ordination. ELER administrative support. Non-Executive Managers administrative assistance. Co-ordinate office visitors and meetings for non-executive managers. Scheduling classes in iLearn. Booking training rooms for Skills Training and other parties. Preparing training calendar and sending for publication on TW@SS, distribution in the printing areas and kitchens. Rescheduling courses if needed/requested by the business. Preparing Courses Calendar for the Operations Trainers. Preparing sign in sheets for the Skills Trainers and the Operations Trainers Processing sign-in sheets after training (training credits for training participants). Preparing iLearn for MIS Reporting. Running ad hoc reports; especially at times of any compliance training. Printing training materials (manuals, handouts, etc.) for trainers. Printing tasks relative to awards programs, visitor presentations General support and cover for the executive assistant. GRS support for event coordination including logging and submitting requests to CBRE. |
