Qualification:

• High School Qualification in Mechanical (essential),
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (recommended),
• Preavious rigging experience (desiderable),
• English - B1 Level (essential),
• English – C1 Level (desiderable),
• Mechanical - basic knowledge,
• Hydraulic – basic knowledge,
• Electronic – basic knowledge,
• Able to properly understand all the technical and engineering documents.

Personal Attributes:

• Capable to work under stress,
• Respect the safety rules concerning the use of equipment,
• Have a good depth perception and overall view,
• Ability to work individually and in a team.

Other Requirements:

• Able to pass a Pre – employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen,
• Drivers licence,
• Able to work with the team in remote locations on occasions.

The Role: This opportunity is targeted at high potential individuals who will be placed in Operations Department. The training consists of periods of 6 months spent in the  Head Quarter located in Italy, where you will receive theoretical and practical knowledge about SPMT’s basic function and driving.

Main Responsabilities:

• Assemble, disassemble, set and configure (mechanically and electronically), operate the Self Propelled Modular Trailers (both Sheuerle and Cometto type) in any configuration and in any cargo type / weight,
• Perform the rigging and all other operations with the SPMT,
• Responsible for the daily and weekly control and maintenance of the SPMT,
• Report faults and execute necessary repairs,
• Together with the SPMT Supervisor responsible for the heavy transports.
