Wymagania:

Position Description: As Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for supporting customers with OSS Products and Solutions based on proprietary Platform (NetAct family). The main tasks are:

  • Deployment and Maintenance of NetAct Platform and Products/Solutions,
  • Deployment and Maintenance of 3rd party tools (UNIX, Linux, Oracle, IBM Websphere),
  • Diagnosis and monitoring of system availability,
  • Error reporting and correction tests as well as analyses of complex problems,
  • Supporting quality and correctness,
  • Training & Consulting for Integration Projects,
  • Preventive Tools & Services development and delivery,
  • 24/7 Emergency duty work

Position Requirements:

  • Good Knowledge of system administration in Red Hat/ Linux or other UNIX systems,
  • Knowledge of system administration in Windows Servers,
  • Basic Knowledge of Telecommunication Technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, practical understanding of TCP/IP and transport network); * Database (Oracle) administrator skills,
  • Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)

Nice if you have:

  • Basic programming skills with script languages (e.g. Perl, Unix shell),
  • MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a similar subject,
  • Management Protocols (SNMP, Q3, Corba),
  • Experienced in Customer Service Support,
  • Advanced knowledge of Databases (Oracle/SQL),
  • Basic SW development or Scripting background eg: Java, Perl, XML,.
  • Knowledge about mobile core network elements,
  • Knowledge about mobile radio network elements (2G/3G/4G),
  • IBM WebSphere troubleshooting experience,
  • Ability to write and speak fluently in other languages.
