Wymagania:

Position Requirements:

  • very good skills in English language (spoken/written) are mandatory,
  • strong technical background in mobile radio systems, especially WCDMA,
  • technical support experience will be an advantage,
  • team player in a fast paced environment,
  • self motivated,
  • ability to work under pressure and learn independently,
  • willingness to travel,
  • can prioritize work and handle multiple tasks - Accountable,
  • knowledge of BMC Remedy, Netact applications, Site Manager, Wireshark/Nethawk and ways of Nokia's NodeB symptom saving methods is a plus.
Obowiązki:

Position Description: This position is unique place where you can use and develop technical and soft abilities. It requires strong analytical skills and gives great opportunity to experience and understand combination of network elements which builds one big mobile telecommunication system. People on that position can experience both R&D and Customer interface what makes Technical Support unique place to start your career in Nokia. Main activities are:

  • resolve technical queries and trouble resolutions for internal and external customers,
  • work with real equipment (problem reproduction, test execution) at customer site and NSN laboratory,
  • revision of customer network performance (KPIs, alarms etc.),
  • participating in special projects on-site and remote (international travels applies !),
  • prioritize reported problem together with R&D,
  • work closely with R&D and relevant customer teams to investigate product faults and drive correcting process,
  • develop and participate in competence development phas.
