• In addition to Your high school education you have ideally gained some experience in planning, production in the industry.
• Your English knowledge is on the level that enables free and open communication.
• An advantage for you would be knowledge of MRP systems.
• As a person you are precise, systematic, well organized and ambitious on behalf of both yourself and the company.
• You get along with people fairly well and are interested in understanding the business from its core.
• You are motivated by the desire to make a difference and change the status quo, and you have a positive and persuasive attitude.
• You take responsibility and you are not afraid of asking questions to get the full picture.
• You enjoy working independently, but you also know how to ensure a high level of involvement from other parts of the organization.

• Reading out and analyzing sales demands
• Preparing raw material requirements
• Controlling the raw materials stocks
• Creating production plan (daily and weekly)
• Checking up on realization of production plan
• Assigning raw materials for alternative production
• Creating production orders in SAP
