Wymagania:

We are looking for you if you have...

  • good knowledge of system administration in Red Hat/ Linux or other UNIX systems,
  • knowledge of system administration in Windows Servers,
  • knowledge of telecommunication technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, practical understanding of TCP/IP and transport network),
  • very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)

Nice if you have...

  • basic programming skills with script languages (e.g. Perl, Unix shell),
  • MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a similar subject,
  • management Protocols (SNMP, Q3, Corba),
  • experienced in Customer Service Support,
  • basic knowledge of Databases (Oracle/SQL),
  • knowledge about mobile core network elements as MGW, MSC, HLR, SGSN,
  • ability to write and speak fluently in other languages.

 

Obowiązki:

On this position you will be responsible for supporting customers with a proprietary software platform (NetAct family) by: 

  • maintenance and installations of NetAct platform,
  • diagnosis and monitoring of system availability,
  • error reporting and correction tests as well as analyses of complex problems,
  • supporting quality and correctness.
