Intel Corporation is an American multinational semiconductor chip maker corporation. Intel is one of the world's largest and highest valued semiconductor chip makers, based on revenue. It is the inventor of the x86 series of microprocessors, the processors found in most personal computers. Intel was an early developer of SRAM and DRAM memory chips, and this represented the majority of its business until 1981. Although Intel created the world's first commercial microprocessor chip in 1971, it was not until the success of the personal computer (PC) that this became its primary business. During the 1990s, Intel invested heavily in new microprocessor designs fostering the rapid growth of the computer industry. During this period Intel became the dominant supplier of microprocessors for PCs, and was known for aggressive and sometimes illegal tactics in defense of its market position, particularly against Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), as well as a struggle with Microsoft for control over the direction of the PC industry

Wymagania:

Qualifications:

  • expert knowledge of object oriented and design patterns,
  • familiarity with C++/C#/Java/Python languages
  • expert knowledge of structural programming,
  • familiarity with C/Script/text processing languages,
  • experience designing and debugging multi-threaded applications in Linux environments,
  • experience in using and interfacing with SQL and no-SQL database engines,
  • experience in designing web applications would be an advantage,
  • familiarity with virtualization and cloud technology,
  • security awareness and basic knowledge of encryption algorithms,
  • familiarity with structured QA techniques,
  • strong problem solving skills,
  • fluency in English.

  • software Engineers conduct or participate in multidisciplinary research and collaborate with design, layout and/or hardware engineers in the design, development, and utilization of productivity enhancement layout tools and design rule checkers, electronic data processing systems software,
  • determines computer user needs, advises hardware designers on machine characteristics that affect software systems such as storage capacity, processing speed, and input/output requirements, designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems,
  • responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur,
  • develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education, judgement and formal software process.
