• To apply for the Internship program, applicants must:
  • be restaurant management or culinary arts undergraduate/graduate students OR a be recent graduates who begin program within 12 months of the graduation date,
• To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must:
  • hold restaurant management or culinary arts degrees and have least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years of professional experience in this field,
• previous kitchen work experience is preferred,
• Trainee applicants should have at least 3 years of culinary experience,
• grill experience is a PLUS,
• advanced English is required,
• ability to work within a team,
• passion for cooking and serving customers,
• positive attitude,
• willing to continue to learn new recipes and methods.

• The training will focus on advancing culinary skills in a high volume atmosphere, learning the American cuisine, fine dining standards, and hands-on culinary training,
• start date(s): March – May 2014,
• hours: 35-40 hours/week,
• duration: 6-12 months.
