• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Engineering or a related field,
• open minded, quick learner and not afraid to take a hands-on approach to learning new technologies,
• problem solving skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and communication skills, both verbal and written,
• ability to keep pace with rapid changes in enterprise product, 
• familiarity with a programming/scripting language (Java, Python, Perl, JavaScript), 
• network administration and troubleshooting skills with understanding of Linux/Unix system administration,
• experience with using web services; Exchange and REST-ful web service experience a plus,
• fluency in English

The Graduate-Level Google Engineer shall be responsible for carrying out engineering tasks to deliver operational support in very critical area, from Roche perspective, which is GMail. This person will be responsible for providing solutions to technical issues, meeting agreed development schedules as well as ensuring that the delivered solutions/services meet business technical and non-technical requirements. Candidate must be strong team player, with excellent communication abilities and collaborative working skills, as he operates in distributed teams and frequently interacts with contacts in different time zones.
