• at least 1 years of experience of holding a team leading position (leading teams of 10+ members),
• knowledge of service desk and workplace support environment (KPIs, SLA, ITIL, incident management),
• very good knowledge of English (at least at B2/C1 level),
• knowledge of German or French is a must because of cooperation with multilingual team members,
• ability to establish excellent relationships with internal and external customers,
• proactive attitude at all levels of operational and strategic tasks,
• high communication skills,
• knowledge of ITIL methodology.

• being responsible for the team of 15+ multilingual IT Advisors,
• organising the daily team duties, managing shifts schedules,
• managing escalations to the relevant 3rd line resources,
• ensuring all process impacting Service Desk are maintained and kept updated,
• ensuring high quality level of service with defined SLA’s and KPI’s,
• monitor incoming requests ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner and within SLA,
• developing on-going training plans for team members,
• acting as a mentor to staff.
