• our requirements  a bachelor or master degree in IT studies or up to 2 years of equivalent experience  good knowledge and experience of the JAVA programming language and PL/SQL  experience working with UNIX/Linux  an interest for maths and finance will be an asset  very good English skills  strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills  ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with cultural differences  prior working experience in support role or in banking environment, would be considered as an advantage.

You will be responsible for investigating support cases reported by other teams. The main tasks includes in-depth analysis of client issues, providing corrections to bugs, as well as customising the product to answer customer’s needs. as a Junior Support Engineer you will be responsible for  responding to and resolving customer problems within performance standards  diagnosing problems and debugging software defects  providing the correction to bugs  proposing solutions and providing customizations when appropriate
