• very good command of one of the languages: German, French, Swedish or Dutch,
• good command of English,
• good computer skills ( MS Office package),
• highly developed organizational and communication skills,
• ability to work in a team and willingness to learn,
• knowledge of a second language would be an advantage.

• technical problems reception and its transition to the Technical Department,
• collaboration with technical team members in the area of customers needs realization,
• accepting submissions of emerging faults and errors connected with introduced IT systems and programs,
• building and maintaining relationships with international customers.
