We opened our Polish office at the end of 2009. From our centre in Kraków we deliver services for major clients in the travel and tourism sector. We are responsible for managing all the contact with their clients throughout Europe: we plan journeys, manage reservations, and help solve the many different problems that are connected with their journeys. Our employees speak many foreign languages fluently, among them: French, German, Dutch, Italian and Spanish. We now employ nearly 600 people and our centre is still growing. We are planning a continued increase in the number of people we employ in the forthcoming months and years. In September 2012 we opened our brand new, modern office in Krakow.

Wymagania:

We expect you to:

  • provide evidence of excellent written and oral skills in German, French or Dutch

Obowiązki:
  • As a Customer Service Executive working for Serco in their dedicated travel industry team,
  • you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and email requests from customers.
  • You will interpret customers' needs and help them resolve their enquiry promptly in a manner that will result in the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
