• Demonstrated experience in application development and support in a complex organization,
• Ability to diagnose the proper escalation path by leveraging a broad understanding of development, infrastructure, data issues,
• A strong customer focused background with experience managing ticket queues and setting customer expectations,
• Very good knowledge of English (written, verbal, interpretive),
• Strong process, analytical and problem-solving skills,
• The flexibility to work multiple shifts to ensure team coverage.

Preferred:

• Siebel ticketing system experience.
• HP Service Center ticketing system experience,

• Manages the central queue of service tickets in support of development issues,
• Partners with development customers on the escalation, triage and closure of service tickets,
• Provides 3rd level application support and escalates to principle developers, as needed,
• Ensures that timely updates are communicated to customers through ticket systems, emails, etc.
