For our Client, a company responsible for precision cleaning, vacuum / atmospheric bake-out and Residual Gas Analysis (RGA) of machine, the leading enterprise in contamination control and knowledge in the Netherlands, we are currently searching for WASTE ANALYST Place of work:

The Netherlands Job Description:

• The cleaning and qualification work center uses Residual Gas Analysis (RGA) and other specialist measuring methods for qualification.
• The measurements and spectra are checked for contamination levels and when passed released for our customers.
• The RGA’s are highly sensitive instruments that need constant attention during operation, calibration and maintenance.
• The department also uses temperature ovens for outgassing purposes steps for cleaning parts. Besides this cleaning and measurement processes will be developed to higher standards to serve future demands of precision cleanliness.
• Education: Bachelor or master degree. Background in physics or chemistry with proven affinity in physics
• Experience:  Experience with RGA (Residual Gas Analysis) is a pre;  Familiarity with vacuum systems is a pre;  Capable of logging the progress of the workflow and the interruptions; 
• Experience or proven affinity with process engineering and troubleshooting is a pre. Personal skills:  Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team within a high tech environment; 
• Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends, work overtime when needed;
•  Technical drive: curious, persistent, practical, analytical; 
• Takes ownership of activities!! 
• Drive for continuous improvement; 
• Drive to share knowledge and train colleagues;  Accurate within the job, the job environment and the work flow; 
• Service orientated, good communicator and team worker;  Flexible.
• Able to work with changing work packages, plans and colleagues.  Ability to work with computer systems (MS excel, SAP, intranet) Besides above stated, also just graduated young people with less working experience but high motivation to learn and develop personal skills may react on this vacancy.

•  RGA analysis of components; 
• Points out recurring problems during analysis in product operation and initiates the issue resolution process 
• Use statistical analysis techniques like 6 sigma to analysis and improve processes  Development of controlled and capable processing 
• Transfers knowledge and trains colleagues on existing and newly introduced products and processes 
• Contributes to continuous improvement activities with technical expertise 
• Report the disturbances and technical issues in an adequate way (English language).
• Development of personal learning curve in cleaning- contamination control and vacuum technology
