The company active in manufacturing and selling of cushion vinyl floors is currently searching for: SALES REPRESENTATIVE (M/W) Assigned territory: Czech Republic and Poland

Profile of the candidate:

• a professional (10 to 15 years of experience), with master/ bachelor degree or equivalent by experience; a technical background is also possible
• the candidate must be able to work independently
• as the sales rep has to work in two countries, he/she has to speak the two languages ( Czech and Polish)
• a good knowledge of English is necessary, as all communication with the headquarters and internal services will be in English
• personality traits: dynamic, enthusiast, driven, self-starter, organized
• heavy travelling is a must
• experience with object/ project market for flooring or similar products is necessary

•  to develop the Czech and Polish market for project qualities
• to compose, together with the product development department, a product portfolio
• set up a price structure (together with the Sales Manager)
• develop the marketing (advertising, events, fairs, promotion material, training for installers, etc.)
• analyze the market structure and make a choice about the suitable channels to make a business plan, budgets and to report adequately about planning of the activities and the obtained results to take all actions within the agreed broader strategy to realize the sales budget and to obtain the desired margins
