Wymagania:
  • Good knowledge and experience of networking and security services Cisco CCNA (or equivalent) qualification;
  • Good knowledge of the physical configuration of IT systems;
  • Experience of a client/server environment Skills and experience in one or more of the following technical areas: network configurations and protocols hardware technologies operating systems Linux/Unix foundations;
  • Ability to structure and draft technical documentation;
  • Methodical and disciplined approach to work;
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills;
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written);
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Ability to work well in a team;
  • Very good command of English (verbal and writing);
  • Additional job requirements: Knowledge or experience in: Cisco, H3C, 3Com, HP, Nortel, Avaya network solutions Knowledge or experience in load balancing and WAN optimization solutions Cisco CCNP (or the equivalent) qualification Knowledge in management network tools Second foreign language (French or German)
Obowiązki:  The primary purpose of the Networking Specialist / Networking Engineer is to provide technical support on such network appliances as: access points, switches, routers, load balancers, traffic optimizers. This support is provided to a large number of customers ensuring that the service meets or exceeds the established Service Level Agreements and quality standards.
