Wymagania: For our top client NXP Semiconductor we search for a Product Manager IO/ESD. Requirements:
  • Ph.D. or MSc electronic engineering;
  • Relevant working experience (> 7 years) in preferably analog mixed signal IC design and ESD - You should fit in an industrial development environment where a combination fo project driven and innovation activities generate transferable results for our business;
  • Very analytical in nature and able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment;
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a high level of personal involvement;
  • Strong theoretical background with a pragmatic approach;
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English;
  • Able to work as a team leader/resource manager in a multi-cultural environment.
 
Obowiązki: Job description As product manager IO/ESD responsible for the innovation program on Input/Output interface circuit IP development with challenging ESD specifications contribute actively as technical content owner to the definition and direction of the group’s research/innovation program by driving and actively participating in the group innovation workshops, program definition sessions and other research establishments. Co-ordinate and carry out industrial development projects in the area of ESD and IO IP development through determining and monitoring the relevance of your field of responsibility for NXP, assessing the value of new developments in this field and identifying new opportunities. Prepare knowledge for operational use within NXP and take responsibility for successful transfers of the project results to product development and customer applications. Keep abreast of technical, application, market and competition developments in the relevant technological and industrial areas, showing understanding of the NXP position and business interests. Ensure a strong alignment of the groups innovation program with the emerging and existing business opportunities identified within NXP’s business units. Responsibilies - Responsible and leading the IO/ESD activities in Nijmegen and drive the IO/ESD development projects based upon input & requests from customers, suppliers and the market - Maintain customer contacts and align on requirements for new products - Responsible for the FDIP IO/ESD product & innovation roadmap - Take ownership for the development of circuits and layouts for I/O IP. Ensure that project results meet agreed specifications, schedule and quality standards - Implement innovative solutions on ESD and IO’s, self and through others. Publish the results and write invention disclosures - Keep abreast of technical, application and market developments relevant to the department project, showing interest in the business aspects - Strive for continuous improvement. Contribute to improvement of common development relevant to your expertise and beyond
