| Obowiązki: | Project description New type development: introduce a new 32 bit ARM based microcontroller with embedded flash. Scope of work Develop qualification testprograms in close cooperation with design. Develop characterisation software. Generate and debug testpatterns. Develop production testprogram, optimised for throughputtime and testcoverage. main testplatform is a Verigy PinScale digital / mixed signal testsystem. |
