| Obowiązki: |
- Your Responsibilities: The workplace service improvement engineer improves the workplace services via a continuous improvement process. Inputs are the enduser and business complaints and workplace performance measurements. Outputs are improvement proposals and feasibility studies, as well as change requests and project proposals.
- The workplace service improvement engineer is capable to setup himself, KPIs and tests to measure issues, service levels, improvements and based on that do improvement proposals to the work place service provider. This role also has in depth trouble shooting knowledge and experience.
- This role really looks end-to-end to improve the overall end result for the end user of the complex setup of all kinds of sub services from different providers. Main elements of the role: - Provide capacity, performance, and configuration data – to report on bottlenecks and usage of components. - Isolate, Analyze, Resolves root-cause of incident or problem in the field of work place service. - Generate information for knowledge database to prevent incidents, or define workarounds and resolutions for similar incidents. - Assist in setup and verification of testing or pre-production environment for pending changes in delivered services. - Advises on the availability and capacity requirements of new standard services in relation to obtaining the proper cost/quality balance. Incorporates uptime, security, and contingency planning considerations in the production of Availability and Capacity Designs & Plans discussing the ability of the IT infrastructure to meet the availability and capacity requirements of the business.
