Obowiązki: |
- Your Responsibilities: As junior design engineer involved in the innovation program on embedded memories in the Foundation Design IP group. Contribute actively as technical content owner to the definition and direction of the group's research/innovation program by driving and actively participating in the group innovation workshops, program definition sessions and other research establishments.
- Carry out industrial development projects in the area of embedded Non-volatile Memories through determining and monitoring the relevance of your field of responsibility for, assessing the value of new developments in this field and identifying new opportunities. Prepare knowledge for operational use and take responsibility for successful transfers of the project results to product development and customer applications.
- Keep abreast of technical, application, market, competition and societal developments in the relevant technological and industrial areas, showing understanding of the our position and business interests. Ensure a strong alignment of the groups innovation program with the emerging and existing business opportunities identified within ours business units. Expand your area of expertise beyond research/innovation into silicon qualification for embedded Non-volatile memories by defining test/quality acceptance criteria, defining test programs and contributing actively in achieving silicon qualification milestones with close cooperation with colleagues in WT&FO. Coaching of talents and contribute pro-actively to a secure, creative and inspiring working environment. Identify possibilities for improvement on project, group and sector levels The key areas of responsibility are: Take ownership for the development of circuits, layout and software for embedded NVM memory IP. Ensure that project results meet agreed specifications, schedule and quality standards Electrica verification of developed circuits through advanced device/circuit simulations Implement innovative solutions on embedded Non-Volatile Memories, self and through others.
- Publish the results and write invention Keep abreast of technical, application and market developments relevant to the project, showing interest in the business aspects Strive for continuous improvement. Contribute to improvement of common development relevant to your expertise and beyond

Your Profile:
Education, experience, knowledge, skills (technical & personal)Msc. and/or relevant working experience (>3 years) in semiconductor electronics, with a good knowledge of semiconductor physics in general. Knowledge of and affinity to IC technology and IP design is mandatory You should fit in an industrial development environment where a combination of project driven and innovation activities generate transferable results for our business Very analytical in nature and able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a high level of personal involvement Strong theoretical background but with a pragmatic approach .Good communication skills and fluent in English |
