- We require a Hardware Engineer with a background in electronic engineering and embedded software knowledge for the DALSA Professional Imaging R&D department, located in Eindhoven, The Netherlands to join a team of 15 hardware and software development engineers in the Test and Application Development Group. Strong interest in camera electronics and imaging are a definite advantage. The job is open for candidates with 3-5 years previous work with a bachelor grade in Electronics. The principal task for the candidate will be camera development.
- One of the first tasks will be the development of a production test camera for a new sensor. The work will be performed in the R&D group. The candidate will report to the Manager of the Test & Application group. Knowledge of camera hardware (analogue and digital electronics) and embedded software (FPGA design) is required. Teamwork is essential, as the successful candidate will be required to work with the sensor development project teams in Waterloo (Canada) and Eindhoven and the application teams in Eindhoven and Tokyo.
