Experience

Sector Information
The sector Customer Support is responsible for the delivery, installation, maintenance and support of ours systems at the customer facility within their production process. As a critical interface to ours customers, the Demogroup is part of the Customer Support sector and is responsible for:
- Demonstrating world class performance of ours products to new and existing customers.
- Utilizing and maintaining leading edge processes and metrology equipment to support the demonstration of ours products.
- Providing timely and technically aggressive marketing and product proof data.
- Supporting ours internal projects including process development and customer support activities.
The Demo organization consists out of two groups: Projects & Operations. The Projects group is responsible for the organization & lead of the Demo and the Operations group is responsible for the lab and all equipment. Both groups work closely together in preparation, execution and aftercare of demos.
