Wymagania:
  • Our client is continuing to expand rapidly in both the UK and Australian markets and is seeking to appoint new Vietnam based architecture managers to both service new specialisations and to supplement existing specialist areas where demand is high. Main responsibilities: To provide a hands-on role on a number of projects, assisting in planning the job strategy, supervising and coordinating teams of architects, preparing sketch or CAD drawings for agreement with the client practice in addition to instructing the team, generating and monitoring query sheets, preparing weekly reports, generating and monitoring the programme, monitoring job performance, confirming monthly invoice amounts and ensuring the information is delivered on time and to the agreed standard, To undertake assigned management tasks and the development of in-house operational procedures with fellow architects and to ensure that those procedures are followed.
  • Hours of work are nominally 0800 – 1730 with one hour for lunch. However, the AM will need to exhibit a degree of flexibility to ensure that programme dates for project deliverables are met. In addition, client practice team visits will necessitate attending periodic social and technical functions outside normal working hours.
  • Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 depends on experience.
