Wymagania:
  • The successful candidate has: - received a higher vocational/university training in electronics or analog telecom, e.g. at an HTS (technical college), or at UT Electronics, Physical Technology; - a creative, inventive bent and a broad perspective, being market-oriented and innovative;
  • as an added advantage, experience with analog techniques and power conversion electronics;
  • an affinity with digital techniques; - experience with simulation/analysis tools, such as Spice and Matlab; - communicative skills, customer-orientedness, an outward looking attitude;
  • a good control of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
Obowiązki:
  • Independently designing power conversion electronics for radar receiver, signal generator and transmitter functions. Keywords: analog electronics, power conversion, high stability, large currents, low noise, control engineering, fast response, transformers, filters, and some digital technique.
  • The Design Engineer Power Conversion is responsible for the entire design process, from the concept phase up to and including the final test, additionally advising the production department with regard to the realisation and production tests. For this he can rely on the support of his colleagues.
  • Surveying the opportunities of the external market. - Working together on innovation in the power conversion speciality field. - The assignments are executed within a multidisciplinary team, in which mechanical designers, high frequency designers, digital designers and production specialists are cooperating.
